  3. Hello,

Before submitting a Help & Support inquiry, please read [Resolved] Help & Support threads before making a new Help & Support inquiry. If you do not these rules or correct format, you will get your thread locked and archived without reason and/or an existing thread containing the same inquiry as a response.

    Format

    Code:
    Habboon Username:
Did you read other resolved inquiries before submitting this inquiry? Yes or No:
Is this an issue with the Client, Furni, Account, Other?:
    Reason for this support thread:

A member of the community and/or staff team will reply promptly. Please be patient and do not continue to post inquiries regarding the same issue.

Please Note: If your thread has no response up to 5 days from the last post, it'll automatically be archived to the [Resolved] section.

  6. @Adrian @bud I'm not sure if you guys know how to fix this, but this post automatically moves itself to the [Resolved] section so people don't see it and use the format.

  9. Because the threads automatically get sent to resolved when no one replies to it within 5 days that are in that section. So I'm guessing that also gets sent to it too.

  12. Yeah, I figured as much. Since Tyler is gone (of course we noticed this after he left...) is there a way to turn it off and we can just manually archive stuff until we can get this sorted?
