We understand the frustration has caused, but unfortunately this is something we could not have prevented no matter what we did to attempt to do so. That being said, there were many people who purchased rare packages and VIP. Yes, you will be compensated with the rare packages and VIP you purchased. It is all logged in the Housekeeping with the date of purchase, therefore we know who legitimately purchased stuff and who didn't. If you lost furniture, rooms, or accounts; unfortunately we cannot give those back. Those who paid for such stated above will receive their compensation.
