    Hello,

    So as you all know, there was a rollback that occurred on Habboon due to an internal database error in which none of us including the Developers could control. We understand the frustration has caused, but unfortunately this is something we could not have prevented no matter what we did to attempt to do so. That being said, there were many people who purchased rare packages and VIP. Yes, you will be compensated with the rare packages and VIP you purchased. It is all logged in the Housekeeping with the date of purchase, therefore we know who legitimately purchased stuff and who didn't. If you lost furniture, rooms, or accounts; unfortunately we cannot give those back. Those who paid for such stated above will receive their compensation. For people who have forgotten their password, please click here and fill out the form in a PM accordingly.

    Purchases from August 5th to August 11th will be redelivered.

    Please be patient as there's a lot of people which need their stuff redelivered.

  6. what about the people that lost alot of rares and thrones from in casinos? i myself lost 5 frost drags and alot of thrones due to the rollback. i won them fairly in bets. i know u guys have no control over the rollback which is fine but atleast a compensation to the people like myself that lost alot.

    that's sadly the consequences of betting and rollbacks, people gain and people lose.

    as Tyler stated though, there was nothing they could control

  21. their job is to deal with the hotel reports and ensure that everyone has a good time on the hotel, not to deal with people who are upset they lost FREE furniture on a FREE hotel.

    staff are voluntary, you wanna help out with a hotel with no personal gain on your own and be spoken to like shit for nothing you could of done?

  24. This has been answered by people above. I'd like to throw in that you cannot expect us to compensate a vast majority of the hotel. It would be different if a certain few lost furniture, but unfortunately more than half of the hotel did. Unfortunately, there's nothing we could do to control the database issue that occurred overnight. The database issue caused a few tables to corrupt, which so happened to be items, users, and a few others. We were able to restore those from the last backup which was August 5th. Remember, if we were to do nightly backups of the entire hotel, that would force us to put the hotel on up to 1 hour of maintenance to perform these backups. The more downtime Habboon has, the more people will complain.. which is why we do backups every so often. However, we will push to do more backups for occasions like this.
