  3. Introducing Hotel Alerted Event Rules!
    The management are implementing these rules for hotel alerted events, events alerted by the staff team need to meet our expectation and be fair to all users. This is very important for those who are Gold VIP or an event host for an official fansite.​

    Rules
    1. You cannot chat with users involved in the game over any other service than Habboon.
      This is to prevent the host from rigging the event for friends by communicating with them.

    2. You cannot ban users from your event room, ever.
      This is to prevent the host from room banning users they dislike.

    3. You cannot let friends or other users have rights in your event room when you are hosting.
      This is to prevent users with rights taking advantage and kicking others, opening gates etc.

    4. You cannot let friends host for you, whoever's name is in the hotel alert is the only user to host.
      Whoever's name is in the hotel alert is responsible for their events and will receive the warnings, your friends cannot host under your name.

    5. You must use your own room to host in.
      You should be using your own room, this is to keep it simple and easier to control.

    6. You must host for 30 minutes or longer before ending your events.
      You should be committed to hosting for at least 30 minutes before you request a hotel alert, we won't waste hotel alerts for small events.

    7. You must pay full attention and keep your events in order.
      You should be aware of what's going on and maintaining your event, always keep your eye out for users cheating and keep the game as fair as possible.

    8. You must supply your own prizes, they must be rare and have value to them.
      You will need to supply your own rare prizes, gold bars, suitcases or any form of exchange item is not acceptable. Each user who wins a game you need to reward with a prize.

    9. Your event room needs to be fully functional without glitches.
      You should not have a faulty event room, it should be appealing to users and an appropriate size.

    10. Only applies to mixed events: Host different types of games rather than hosting the same one over and over.
      If you aren't aware of how a game works, or how to host it, don't try to. For example, trivia can be complicated to host.

    11. Only applies to mixed events: Don't attempt to host something you don't know how to.
      For example, trivia can be complicated to host. If you aren't confident about it, you shouldn't host it.

    1. Along with these rules comes a new General Rule:
      Rule added: 1.9. Do not intentionally disrupt or cheat in official quests or events, including events hotel alerted by the staff team.
    What are the consequences?
    If you break the rules, depending on the severity and on which rule you broke, you will be given an in-game warning and receive a caution on our 'caution list', if you do again you will receive your final in-game warning and a second caution. Any offense after that will result in you being disallowed from hotel alerts and your final caution.

    Can I get a caution removed?
    At the start of a new month we will remove a caution from every user, this is the only way to get a caution removed.
    If you receive a caution in the last week of a month you will not get one removed.

    With this we hope to ensure well rounded events without a lot of complaints, events are for every user to have a fair chance in winning and to be enjoyed by all!

    12. Your event must NOT take more than 2 hours.
    To keep the events flowing.


    13. Do not change the game in the middle of hosting another game, no matter how similar the games are to each other.
    For example, changing from faceoff trivia to P2K trivia.

    :eha Alerted Rules:

    1. NEVER use the :eha command while there is another hotel event taking place. If you aren't sure if there's another event going on, consult a staff member. If there is not a staff member online[rare] then there is most likely no events taking place.

    2. The event you hotel alert must be a legitimate game.

    3. The room you are using must work.

    4. If you :eha GOTW points will NOT be given out at your event. If you would like GOTW points given out at your event, consult a staff member.

    5. Do not hotel alert any of the following: Kick the Ugly, Take Me Out, Roleplays of any sort, Casinos[unless it's an LMS Classic], Hang Out/Chill rooms, & Snog Rooms. If you feel another event that shouldn't be allowed to be :eha'd should be added to this list, contact Moll or tree.

    6. You must have prizes for your event because when you use the :eha command it shows that you will win prizes. If you do not have prizes you will face the consequences & it will be considered as a scam. Meaning you will be banned for scamming if you do not have prizes.

    7. If you, as an Event Staff cannot follow the Hotel Alerted rules which you can view below & you end up hotel alerting when you have been told not to due to your hosting skills.You will be banned.

    8. Do not :eha for your friends, only for yourself. You bought the Events Staff for yourself and your advantage, not your friends.

    :sa Rules:

    1. The command must only be used HOURLY (one :sa PER hour) - this means no unnesscary spamming or there will be consequences.

    2. It must only be used for URGENT/important matters or in the circumstance of you wanting a hotel alert for an event.


    :EHA CONSEQUENCES:
    If you break any of the rules listed under the :EHA Section you will be warned and if you break a rule again you will be banned for 2 hours with the reason '[Custom Ban] Breaking EHA rules.'. If it's not your first time breaking the :eha rules the staff members are allowed to extend your ban.
    NOTE: If you break rule 6 under :eha rules you will be banned for scamming.

    :SA CONSEQUENCES:
    If you break any rules listed under the :SA Section you will be warned & or banned depending on how bad you abuse the command/how many times you've been warned.

    UPDATED: EVENT RULES:
    If you break the rules in the UPDATED: Alerted Event Rules section, depending on the severity and on which rule you broke, you will be given an in-game warning & receive a strike on our 'Event Strike List'. If you break another rule, you will receive your final in-game warning and a second strike. Any offense after that will result in you being disallowed from hotel alerts & your final strike. For the month you got your last warning you will not be able to host for the rest of that month & the month to follow.​
