  3. Are you unable to access to the client? Here are the possible solutions that will help you access the client.
For Example: The 76% loading issue.

Please Note: If none of these work, there is nothing Habboon staff or BoonBoards staff can do. Please do not post a thread. You may just have to wait it out.

    Option 1: Flush your DNS

    • Open your command prompt (search Command Prompt either via the charm bar [windows 8] or your start menu [windows 7 and lower]
    • Type in "ipconfig/flushdns" and then press enter
    • You will see "Successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache"
    • Attempt to access Habboon
    • This all depends on what version of OS X you are running. Please look here for instructions.
If you use any other operating system that is not listed here, Google the instructions.

    Option 2: Clear your Cache

    • Click on the "Chrome Menu" on the browser toolbar
    • Select "Tools"
    • Select "Clear Browsing Data"
    • A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of check boxes for the types of information you wish to have removed
    • Select the desired time range you wish to clear from the drop down menu ("From the Beginning of Time" is highly recommended)
    • Restart your browser
    • Attempt to enter Habboon
    • From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. (alternatively press ctrl+shift+delete to open it)
    • From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range ("Everything" is highly recommended)
    • Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear. Click Clear Now.
    • Restart your browser
    • Attempt to enter Habboon
If you use any other browser that is not listed here, Google the instructions.

Option 3: Play in "Incognito Mode" or "Private Browsing"

If you don't know how to do this, then you must not watch porn (this is a joke, calm down). Google how to do it for your browser, because it's pointless to explain.

Option 4: Turn off your firewall and or add an exception for Habboon

Once again, this all depends on what type of firewall/virus protection you use. Google how to do it for your virus protection.

    Option 5: Wait it out.

Sometimes it just takes waiting it out. If it's been past two days, you may post a thread noting whether or not anything here worked and we'll see if we can get a staff member to help you.
